Who we are, what this site offers and the terms under which you may use it, in line with Spanish Law 34/2002 on information society services (LSSI-CE).
1. Site owners
This site, onyxspain.com, belongs to Manuel Cervantes Vico and Alejandro Castellón Martínez, who work project by project under the trade name Onyx Spain. Onyx Spain is not a company or a registered business entity: it is the name under which two professionals offer software development services.
Tax details and the professional address of whoever hires us are provided in writing before any project is agreed and appear on the related documents and invoices. You can request them at any time by writing to the contact email.

2. Purpose of the site
This website presents the mobile app, API and web panel development services we offer, and our reference case, Sentry. Its content is informational and is not a binding offer: each job is agreed in writing, project by project.
3. Terms of use
Access is free. You agree to use the site in good faith and lawfully, without harming its operation, without trying to reach non-public areas and without using the contact form to send unsolicited advertising, unlawful content or third-party data without their permission.
4. Intellectual property
The texts, design, code of this site, the name Onyx Spain and the logo belong to their owners unless stated otherwise. Third-party technologies we use (for example fonts or open-source libraries) keep their own licences. Content may not be reproduced or distributed for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
Sentry is a product developed by the owners. Third-party trademarks that appear belong to their respective owners.
5. Liability
We try to keep the information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee it is error-free or that the site is always available. We are not responsible for the content of third-party sites we link to or for external services you use from here, such as WhatsApp.
6. Data protection and cookies
How we process your personal data is explained in the privacy policy, and the use of storage in your browser in the cookie policy.
7. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be heard by the courts that have jurisdiction under the applicable rules; if you are a consumer, those of your place of residence where the law so provides.
